The Atlantic coast of the Cape Peninsula has some of
the most spectacular coastal scenery in the world. The
combination of beaches and mountains is unique. Perched
on rocks with one of the few uninterrupted views along
the length of the beach lies The Beach House. The house
is available for short and long term rental.
The Beach House has one of the best positions in Llandudno
with superb views of the ocean and beach. Situated at
the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and built on large boulders,
the house is not overlooked and is surrounded by mature
trees. The drive provides shaded off street parking.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of
which is en-suite, and a visitor's cloakroom. The TV
lounge ( with satellite TV) and living room are separate
to cater for everyone's needs. The dining area has a
double height ceiling leading to a large kitchen.
The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town is only
20 minutes away and fashionable Camps Bay just down
the road, but Llandudno's peace seems completely removed
from the City. It's a small, exclusive seaside enclave
clinging to steep slopes with its own wide, surfing
beach framed by giant boulders. This is where Capetonians
come to enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the stunning
sunsets.
Outside across the lawn there is a pool, enclosed for
the safety of young children. For dining outside a teak
table and chairs are set beneath a wooden shade. A covered
BBQ is set into the house.
Access to the beach is a 10 minute walk down hill by
the side of the property with a more energetic return!
Alternatively you can take the car round to the small
car park.
The house manager, who lives in her own apartment below
the house (complete with private access), is on hand
to show you round the house on your arrival and deal
with any questions you may have during your stay. A
maid service is provided 4 mornings a week.
A small grocery pack can be provided for you on your
arrival.
The Beach House is ideal for families or small groups.
An infant cot is available if required
